In the quest to make the boot smoother flexing, more progressive, and easier to put on and take off, Atomic has switched the Polyamide shell and cuff for True Flex Polyurethane, and testers have been raving about the way this boot skis. To top off the list of improvements, a new BOA® Fit System has replaced the lower two buckles, which allows for a much smoother wrap of the lower foot with better pressure distribution over the instep. The Memory Fit heat molding process, which was already tops in the industry, is even better at accommodating wider feet than before, so the new Ultra XTD BOA will be able to fit most wider feet with help from a bootfitter.

The key is Memolink, Atomic's special additive that improves the moldability and stretch of their plastics.
