Advanced ABS Construction – Advanced ABS construction uses an injection molded ABS shell to withstand high impacts with unparalleled durability and dent resistance.
ABS shell is made with 50% recycled content.
EPS foam is a 100% post-consumer recycled material.

Micro-Adjustable Dial Fit System with Improved Haptic Experience – 48 teeth and 7.5 degree pawl engagement (for secure hold), considered ergonomics of dial (with and without gloves) and optimized for soft goods integrations (soft corners when wearing with beanie).
Removable Snapfit SL Ear Pads – Smith earpads, with their inner surface of technical materials, provide a comfortable seal from the wind and weather on even the stormiest days. For a warm spring day, remove the earpads entirely to reduce weight and maximize cooling. All earpads are fully removable and machine washable.
