CONTOUR SNOWBOARD BOOTS

For a good reason, the Contour has long been the favorite boot of our women's team. This mid-to-stiff flexing boot is a no-bull, feature-forward snowboard boot that prioritizes performance and looks damn good doing it. 

The secret to the award-winning fit is our Conda™ liner fit system. Powered by a BOA® Fit System featuring M+2 dial, this forgiving and adjustable harness is designed to pull the user's heel into the boot's heel pocket. This urethane-based harness hugs your ankle and flexes naturally. Externally, we started with an articulating cuff to reduce distortion when bending the knee, and we've integrated our Flex Zone calf panel at the top of the cuff, helping to keep legs happy all day long. A high-powered BOA® Fit System featuring H5 Coiler closes the shell securely and can be done without removing your gloves. Lastly, to add durability and maintain the boot's flex over the boot's lifetime, we constructed the K2 Contour using our Endo™ technology. 

Underfoot, we've used premium materials to improve damping and grip. The outsole is built using our proprietary This Grips!™ dual-rubber compound to provide excellent grip both on and off the snow. This is all set atop a dual-density midsole comprised of a lightweight EVA and our proprietary Harshmellow™, designed to dampen vibration on rough terrain, and cushion big landings. 

Lastly, we wrap your feet in a breathable Intuition® Pro Foam 3D liner, fully customizable and heat-moldable to fit the exact shape of your feet, and contains a 95% post-consumer recycled coffee mesh to control foot odor.

The flex zone upper is designed to help retain a consistent flex pattern while reducing shell distortion when flexing.

HDR Premium Synthetics

Eight times more durable than a standard polyurethane material, HDR Premium Synthetics is a proprietary synthetic durable finish designed for extreme conditions. The dynamic resin system provides exceptional abrasion and durability performance well beyond standard synthetic materials.

Endo™ 3.0 Heel Counter

A K2 Snowboarding exclusive, Endo™ Construction allows us to alter the flex, response, and rebound of a snowboard boot without adding extra materials (extra materials = extra weight). By replacing additional materials with an injected heel-counter, adding extra rebound is as easy as a formula change and helps us to provide a more consistent flexing, longer-lasting snowboard boot.

Reinforced Rubber Toe

Abrasion-resistant reinforced rubber is placed in areas of high stress to extend the boot's life and increase durability.

Lacing

H5/M+2 Coiler Zonal BOA® Fit System

Impact resistant, durable, and performance-driven, the H5 BOA® Dial ejects on severe impact and is easily re- inserted into the boot. One dial controls the upper shell lacing, and the other maintains the lower shell lacing.

TX3 BOA® Rope Lacing

A softer lace explicitly made for snowboard boots that provides a more even fit over the body of the boot shell versus a steel lace.

This Grips!™ Premium Rubber Outsole with Harshmellow™

Premium dual-density rubber outsole featuring K2’s proprietary This Grips!™ compound. Taking inspiration from modern skate footwear, our new cupsole outsole features a rounded heel for less drag while hiking, a wrapped arch for support and stability, & vibration damping Harshmellow™ in the heel and forefoot.
