Refund policy

Returns for Canadian customers

We do not make any refunds, only exchanges or credit notes will be accepted. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, it is possible to return it within 7 days of purchase by contacting us by email at info@sportradical.com to receive a return number. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or greater are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We do not cover the shipping costs for the return of your product, except when there is a store error or the product is defective. The shipping costs will therefore be borne by the store. Any returned product must be in new condition, in its original packaging and contain all its accessories and manuals. The invoice must also be attached to the returned product.

Returns for  customers outside of Canada

All sales made outside of Canada, as well as those on discounted items, are final and non-refundable. For orders shipped within Canada, regular-priced items may be returned within 7 days, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sport Radical is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges related to orders shipped outside of Canada. Since government policies may change frequently, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that no extra fees apply to the products ordered
