We do not make any refunds, only exchanges or credit notes will be accepted. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, it is possible to return it within 7 days of purchase by contacting us by email at email@example.com to receive a return number. We do not cover the shipping costs for the return of your product, except where there is a store error or the product is defective. The shipping costs will therefore be borne by the store. Any returned product must be in new condition, in its original packaging and contain all its accessories and manuals. The invoice must also be attached to the returned product.
