The 80g of insulation gives you optimal warmth, and you'll appreciate the zippered ventilation holes when you're doing high levels of physical activity or on a sunny day. Of course, there are all-important pockets inside and outside the jacket where you can stash everything you need on the slopes, including snowboard goggles.
